Multilingual Instagram DM Automation

Reply to every follower in their own language

Your followers don't all comment in English. Some write in Hindi, some in Hinglish, some in Tamil, Spanish or Korean. With multilingual automation, Tadlo AI detects the keyword in whichever language your follower comments in and sends your DM in that same language.

One automation covers every language you pick. You don't need a separate automation for each audience.

How it works

  1. Pick your post or reel. Choose the post that should trigger the automation.
  2. Select your languages. Pick one language or as many as you need from the 15 available.
  3. Tadlo AI detects the keyword. When someone comments, Tadlo AI checks the comment against the keywords for each language you selected.
  4. Your follower gets the DM in their language. The DM goes out automatically, in the language they commented in.

Example: one reel, three languages

Here is how one automation handles three followers who ask for the same link in different languages:

  • Hindi: the comment लिंक भेजो gets the DM ये रहा आपका लिंक
  • Tamil: the comment லிங்க் அனுப்புங்க gets the DM இதோ உங்கள் லிங்க்
  • Spanish: the comment enlace por favor gets the DM ¡Aquí tienes tu enlace!

Each follower reads your reply in the language they wrote in, in its own script.

15 supported languages

You can mix and match any of these in a single automation:

  • English
  • Hindi (हिन्दी)
  • Hinglish
  • Marathi (मराठी)
  • Gujarati (ગુજરાતી)
  • Tamil (தமிழ்)
  • Telugu (తెలుగు)
  • Kannada (ಕನ್ನಡ)
  • Malayalam (മലയാളം)
  • Spanish (Español)
  • French (Français)
  • German (Deutsch)
  • Turkish (Türkçe)
  • Japanese (日本語)
  • Korean (한국어)

Want another language added? Write to [email protected] and tell us which one.

Ready-made keywords for every language

Each language comes with ready-made keywords, so you don't have to work out how your followers will ask for a link in Tamil or Korean. Select a language and its keywords are filled in for you.

When a comment matches more than one language

Some words look the same in two languages. If a comment matches keywords in more than one of your selected languages, the first language in your order wins. Put the language most of your audience uses first.

Who it's for

  • Indian creators with regional audiences. Reply in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or Gujarati, not only in English.
  • Hinglish creators. Most Indian comments are typed in Hinglish. Treat it as its own language, separate from Hindi in Devanagari script.
  • Brands selling across states or countries. One product launch reel can reply to every region in its own language.
  • Creators with international followers. Reply in Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Japanese or Korean.

How to set it up

  1. Open Automation in your Tadlo AI dashboard.
  2. Tap Multilingual flow.
  3. Choose the post or reel that should trigger the automation.
  4. Select your languages and set their order.
  5. Continue to setup, then switch the automation on.
