Confirmation, packed, dispatched, out for delivery and delivered, triggered by your store.
Early access opening soon
Tadlo sends order updates, confirms COD orders, chases abandoned carts and answers customer questions on WhatsApp, without anyone on your team typing a message. Built for D2C brands on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Brands are already on the list. Waitlist members get early access and founding pricing.
One automation, four messages, no one at a keyboard. Cart reminder, hold confirmation, checkout link and order confirmation.
WhatsApp automation is the practice of sending and replying to customer messages on WhatsApp through software instead of a person typing each one. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and covers three kinds of message: utility messages tied to an order, transactional messages such as delivery confirmations, and marketing messages such as promotional broadcasts.
A cart goes cold in under an hour, and the email reminder lands the next morning. COD orders get packed and shipped before anyone confirms the customer actually wants them. Questions arrive at 11pm and get answered at 11am, by which point the buyer has bought elsewhere. Broadcasts go out to the entire list because there is no practical way to segment it.
The cart reminder goes out in twenty minutes with the item named and a link straight back to checkout. Every COD order asks for a yes before it is packed. Common questions get answered instantly and anything unusual lands in a shared inbox with the customer's full history attached. Broadcasts go to the segment that actually bought that category.
Eight flows that cover the whole order lifecycle, from the first reply to the delivery message.
Confirmation, packed, dispatched, out for delivery and delivered, triggered by your store.
A timed reminder naming the item left behind, with a link straight back to checkout.
Ask for a yes before you pack. Unconfirmed orders get held instead of shipped and returned.
Send to a segment built from what people bought, browsed or replied to, not the whole list.
One number, your whole team. Assign conversations, leave internal notes, see who replied.
Answer the questions you get fifty times a day, and hand the rest to a human with context.
One record per customer with order history, opt-in status and an engagement score.
Website widget, QR code and click-to-WhatsApp ad links that drop people into a flow.
Tadlo WhatsApp Automation is a WhatsApp automation platform for direct-to-consumer brands, built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It connects to your store, listens for events such as a new order or an abandoned cart, and sends the matching WhatsApp message on its own. Incoming replies either continue the flow or land in a shared team inbox.
Tadlo WhatsApp Automation is priced as a flat monthly subscription, and takes no percentage of your order value or revenue. Usage is metered as contacts engaged per month, so a customer you message twenty times still counts once. Meta charges separately for WhatsApp conversations, priced by country and message category.
Final plans are being set now. Everyone on the waitlist gets founding pricing that stays locked after launch, and gets in before general availability.
The differences that show up on your invoice, not the feature checklist.

WhatsApp automation is the practice of sending and replying to customer messages on WhatsApp through software instead of a person typing each message. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and covers utility messages such as order updates, transactional messages such as delivery confirmations, and marketing messages such as promotional broadcasts.
A D2C brand connects its store and its WhatsApp Business number to an automation platform. The platform listens for events such as an order being placed, a cart being abandoned or a customer sending a message, then sends the matching WhatsApp message automatically. Replies from the customer can trigger the next step in the flow or route to a human in a shared inbox.
Yes. Meta allows marketing messages on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, provided the customer has opted in and the message uses a template approved by Meta. Sending marketing messages through unofficial or unapproved methods can get a number blocked, which is why Tadlo builds only on the official platform.
The WhatsApp Business Platform, also known as the WhatsApp Cloud API, is Meta's official interface for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. It is separate from the free WhatsApp Business app, and is what allows software such as Tadlo to automate messaging, run broadcasts and support multiple team members on one number.
Costs have two parts. The first is the software subscription charged by the automation platform. The second is Meta's own per-conversation charge, which varies by country and by message category. Tadlo charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no percentage of your order value or revenue. Prices are shown in Indian rupees to visitors in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
Abandoned cart recovery on WhatsApp is an automated message sent to a shopper who added items to a cart and left without paying. The message typically arrives within an hour, names the item left behind and includes a direct link back to checkout. WhatsApp open rates are usually far higher than email, which is why D2C brands run cart recovery there.
Yes. A cash-on-delivery confirmation flow sends the customer a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel the order before it is packed. Confirmed orders move to fulfilment and unconfirmed ones can be held or cancelled, which reduces return-to-origin losses on COD-heavy catalogues.
Meta groups WhatsApp business messages into categories that are priced and approved differently. Utility messages relate to an existing order or account, such as a shipping update. Marketing messages promote products or offers and require opt-in. Authentication messages deliver one-time passcodes. Each category uses its own approved message templates.
Yes. To send broadcasts you need a verified WhatsApp Business Account, a registered business phone number, and message templates approved by Meta. Approval is usually a one-time setup step per template. Tadlo handles template submission and account setup as part of onboarding.
Tadlo WhatsApp Automation is built for direct-to-consumer brands that take orders online and talk to customers on WhatsApp. It suits catalogues with repeat purchases, cash-on-delivery orders, or a high volume of pre-purchase questions. Agencies running WhatsApp for client brands use it as well.
Tadlo WhatsApp Automation is in development and opens to waitlist members first. Joining the waitlist gets you early access ahead of general availability, founding pricing that stays locked after launch, and help with WhatsApp Business Account setup before your first send.
You need a number that is not currently active on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. Many brands use a dedicated business number for this. An existing number can be migrated to the WhatsApp Business Platform, but it has to be removed from the consumer app first.
